Lee Ann Odom President, Shared Services Lee Ann Odom is president of Shared Services for Beaumont Health, Michigan’s largest health care system, based on inpatient admissions and net patient revenue. In this role, Odom is directly responsible for shared clinical services, including pharmacy and laboratory, and coordinates certain clinical care programs and services, clinical effectiveness and system programs. These include oncology, women’s and children’s, orthopedics and neuroscience, as well as system programs such as emergency centers and their physicians and perioperative services including anesthesia. She is also leads Beaumont’s mental health services. Prior to this, Odom served as president of Beaumont Hospital, Taylor, a 229-bed teaching hospital specializing in orthopedic surgery and rehabilitation medicine. She began her career at Oakwood Healthcare in 1996 as a physical therapist and has held various leadership positions of progressive scope and responsibility, including Administrator of Clinical Services, Administrator of Geriatrics and Corporate Director of Rehabilitation Therapy Services. She is the past president of the Michigan Association of Medical Program Rehabilitation Administrators and has served as a Michigan Quality Council examiner. She is a member of Leadership Detroit XXXV. Odom earned her Master of Science in Administration from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor of Science in physical therapy from Wayne State University. Beaumont Health is Michigan’s largest health care system and is most preferred for health care in Southeast Michigan, according to NRC Health survey data.
