Reduced speeds in a playground zone are in effect from 8:30 a.m. until one hour after sunset. Regardless of the speed limit, always be extra cautious in these areas. Take the time to make a record of the make, model, colour, serial number and any other unique characteristics of all bicycles in your household. Also, take a clear, colour photograph of each one.
