The distributed housing mix throughout Gillies Meadow Phase 2B comprises both 2, 3 and 4 storey housing where taller properties are generally located on the southern part of the site where the site boundary is lined with a dense row of mature trees approximately 18-20m in height. Phase 2 of the neighbouring Gillies Meadow development is split into 3 3 separate character areas where the proposed architectural style and materials differ across the site depending on the local context.
