The volume of Proceedings, which contains the verbatim records of the plenary meetings, the list of participants and the list of documents (Volume 2). Note on the numbering of resolutions The resolutions have been numbered serially. It is recommended that references to resolutions be made in one of the following forms: In the body of the text: “Resolution 15 adopted by the General Conference at its 36th session”; or, “36 C/Resolution 15”.
