The responsibility for providing eyewear belongs to the school and/or the player – NOT the centre. If the centre(s) that your team(s) play at have eyewear that they loan out, that is a bonus but don’t rely on it because all players should look towards getting their own in the same way as they would consider getting their own racquet. 8. FORFEITS: Any team having to forfeit must let the opposition team and the squash centre know by midday on match day. 9. SCORE SHEETS: These will be distributed by the Centre Manager. They must be filled in using full names carefully and accurately and given back to the centre manager at the end of the match. 10. IF ENTERING MORE THAN ONE TEAM IN A GRADE: Please take care to enter the team name and number on the scoresheet e.g. PAC (2) v St Peters (1). 11. FINALS: Please check your draw for Grand Final dates. If your school ends up in the Grand Final but cannot play this date, please let Squash SA know asap to try to arrange an alternate date that suits both schools. 12. MATCH FEES: $8.00 (inc GST) per player each Minor Round Fixture i.e. $32/week, $320/season per team. Finals will be charged at the same rate to teams involved either invoiced by the Centre or paid directly on the afternoon. 13. SCHOOL NOMINATION FEES: $30 per school plus $10 per team. This covers the cost of administration, program production and prizes for winning and runner-up teams. 14. DISPUTES: Refer any problems to Squash SA by 3.30pm on the Monday following the game. 15.
