A right-of-way use permit is required for planting or removing street trees in the rights-of-way adjacent to the applicant’s property according to the tree variety and spacing listed in Appendix G of the 2019 Engineering Development Manual. The updated Street Tree List was recommended for approval by the Parks, Recreation and Cultural Services/Tree Board on March 1, 2019 after public notice and opportunity for public comment.
