KENTUCKY ELECTRIC COOPERATIVES LEGISLATIVE GUIDE 2019 Serving more than 1.5 million people in 117 of 120 Kentucky counties, Kentucky’s member-owned electric cooperatives are committed to improving the quality of life for our consumer-members.
