QUALITY OF LIFE Introduction Chatham County seeks to provide an excellent quality of life for its citizens. In an effort to maintain such a high level, the County has a responsibility to promote and support programs and regulations that positively impact the quality of life of its residents. The citizens of this community can only achieve a superior quality of life when a safe, active, and healthy environment exists.
