We had our first workshop on Monday, December 18 from 1:00 PM until approximately 3:45 PM. We discussed many things including a 2018 calendar of meetings with membership, management, commit- tee chairs, and between Area Directors and their area members; as well as, 2018 HOA-sponsored events. We discussed the direction the Lowest rate for the best cleaning $50 Board wants to take, job responsibilities of Board members, and we have already submitted for our FMO board training.
