The State Goverment ofOrissa vide their letter no. 10F (Conse)150/2018/22977 F&E and date 30.10.2018 submitted the above mentoned proposal to obtain prior approval of central Goverment,in accordance with Section-2 of the Forest(Conservetion)Act,1980. 2.
