Many people worked tirelessly to develop this document and I thank everyone involved. The other major achievement was the fi nalisation of a new Clarity brand and website. As I write this I have just returned from the 2016 conference in Wellington, New Zealand. The conference was co-hosted by WRITE Ltd. The conference was a great success.
