Authority reserves the rights to cancel, terminate, change or modify this procurement process and/or requirements of bidding stated in the RFP, without assigning any reason or providing any notice and without accepting any liability for the same. The qualified Proposers would be selected based on the criteria herein mentioned. The Proposers are required to submit the qualification documents and other information as specified in relevant sections of this RFP. Only the Price Proposals of Qualified Proposers would be opened.
