Accessibility Guide Provides Informa- Tion on the Recommendations and Restrictions for Each Attraction

WELCOME Dollywood® proudly offers a wholesome, family-fun experience for our Guests, and we are here to help Create Memories Worth Repeat- ing® for you and your family. We are committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our Guests. This Rider Safety & Accessibility Guide provides informa- tion on the recommendations and restrictions for each attraction. Please carefully read through this guide to learn more about the services we provide, as well as particular attraction information. Additionally, we have included specific information for Guests with disabilities. This information provides a clear outline of the accom- modations at each attraction, as well as the physical requirements for entering or exiting ride vehicles and other attraction areas. It is important to note that, although all of our Hosts are eager to make your day as pleasant as possible, they are not trained in lifting or car- rying techniques and therefore cannot provide physical assistance. We suggest that Guests with disabilities bring a companion who can provide any physical assistance that may be needed. RIDE ACCESSIBILITY CENTER Our Ride Accessibility Center is provided to assist Guests with dis- abilities and provide detailed information about special services and rider requirements to help you make well-informed decisions about your visit. Guests who wish to use the Ride Accessibility Entrances must visit the Ride Accessibility Center (located next to the Dollywood Em- porium) to obtain a Ride Accessibility Pass. See page 9 for details about this program. Please Note: The information in this guide is subject to change. Please feel free to visit our Ride Accessibility Center for current information on accessibility services. Thank you for your consideration. We hope you Love Every Moment of your day at Dollywood. 2 CONTENTS RIDE RATING SYSTEM ...................................................................5 RIDER REQUIREMENTS ..................................................................6 Meet These Requirements Casts, Braces and Walking Boots Limb Requirements RIDER SAFETY ...................................................................................7 Ride Information Magnetic Fields Medical Restrictions Restraint Systems Loose Articles Lost Items Evacuation Re-Ride Policy Pregnancy Oxygen Tanks INFORMATION FOR GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES ................9 Accessibility Entrances Admission Ride Accessibility Pass Boarding Pass Calming Room Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa Trolley Drop-Off/Pick-Up Area Parking Restrooms Service Animals Social Story Theaters Tram Service HEARING IMPAIRMENT ..................................................................12 VISION IMPAIRMENT .....................................................................13 SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS .............................................................13 GENERAL INFORMATION ..............................................................13 First Aid Food and Beverage Guest Services Parent Swap Park Terrain Mobility Devices, Segways and Golf Carts Smoking and Vaping Wheelchair and Electric Convenience Vehicle (ECV) Rental ATTRACTION DESCRIPTIONS ......................................................16 REVISED MARCH 2021 3 TENNESSEE RIDER SAFETY CODE 68-121-125 (a) A rider on an amusement device shall, at a minimum: (1) Obey the reasonable safety rules posted in accordance with subsection (g) and oral instructions for an amusement device issued by the amuse- ment device’s owner or the owner’s employee or agent, unless: (A) The safety rules are contrary to those issued by the board; or (B) The oral instructions are contrary to the safety rules; and (2) Refrain from acting in any manner that may cause or contribute to injuring the rider or others, including: (A) Interfering with the safe operation of the amusement device; (B) Not engaging any safety devices that are provided; (C) Disconnecting or disabling a safety device except at the express in- struction of the operator; (D) Altering or enhancing the intended speed, course or direction of an amusement device; (E) Extending arms and legs beyond the carrier or seating area except at the express direction of the amusement device operator; (F) Throwing, dropping or expelling an object from or toward an amuse- ment device; (G) Getting on or off an amusement device except at the designated time and area, if any, at the direction of the amusement device operator, or in an emergency; and (H) Unreasonably controlling the speed or direction of the rider or an amusement device that requires the rider to control or direct the rider or a device.
