Press Release Tim Martin Appointed Divisional Director (Transport Planning) in MVA October 12, 2012 – Hong Kong - Tim Martin has been appointed as a Divisional Director (Transport Planning) in MVA and is responsible for transport planning in Hong Kong and China. Tim has over 22 years of transport planning experience for transport and multi-disciplinary consultancy firms contributing to demand forecasting, policy development, urban development and scheme feasibility studies covering all transport modes. His technical background is in transport planning, scheme appraisal and design with extensive experience in demand forecasting and modeling. Tim has recently returned to the region after five years working in London, and has previously worked for MVA in both Hong Kong and the UK. He graduated from University College London in 1987 and has worked extensively in the UK, Hong Kong and China with specific studies based in India, New Zealand, Singapore and Thailand. Tim Martin’s combination of both technical and management experience will be a great addition to MVA Asia’s already excellent team.
