CONFERENCE NOTES The Big 12 was the No. 1 conference in overall RPI, strength of schedule, non-conference RPI and non-conference strength of schedule during the regular season. Seven Big 12 teams were ranked in the top 25 in 2013-14. Despite having just 10 teams, the Big 12 had more total teams nationally-ranked than any other conference. Big 12 teams combined to defeat a total of 44 Associated Press top 25 opponents, the most in conference history and the most in the nation. The Big 12 winning percentage in non-conference play was the best of any conference in the nation. The league posted a 108-34 (.761) mark, boasting the fewest non-conference losses of any league while recording a .500 or better record against 27 of the 30 conferences it faced.
