Declaration of Consent to the Processing of Application Data Should my application be unsuccessful, I consent to the personal data relating to myself that I have provided throughout the course of the application process (for instance in letters, my CV, certificates, application forms, interviews, etc.) being held on file by EDAG Engineering GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "EDAG") beyond the end of the actual application process. I consent to this data being used by EDAG in order to contact me at a later date and resume the application process, should another position for which I might be considered become available. My data will then be deleted 24 months after the date it was saved. If, in my letter of application or other documents submitted during the application process, I have provided certain categories of personal data described in Article 9 of the General Data Protection Regulation (e.g. a photograph indicating ethnical origin, details of a severe disability, etc.), then my consent shall also apply to this data. In addition, the supplementary declaration set out below shall also apply. However, as EDAG would like to assess all applicants according to their qualifications only, you are kindly requested to refrain from providing such information in your application wherever possible. Further, this consent shall also apply to data concerning my qualifications and activities which EDAG has acquired from generally accessible data sources (in particular professional social networks) during the application process. My data will be disclosed to the following Group companies in the sense of §§ 15 et seq. of the German Companies Act: 1. See appendix. This consent is given voluntarily and shall have no effect on my chances in the current application process. I may withhold it without stating any reasons, and without suffering any disadvantage as a result.
