Train (Railink and Jakarta MRT) If your hotel same as the venue, you can go to hotel from Soekarno–Hatta International Airport by train. Take railink from Soekarno–Hatta International Airport to Sudirman BNI City station. Railink is kind of train that connected to some stations around Jakarta. Railink’s ticket can buy on the spot or through “railink” application. 2. You should go to Dukuh Atas BNI MRT Station by walk (450 meters), then you take Jakarta MRT to Bendungan Hilir MRT Station. The ticket can buy on the spot. 3. From Bendungan Hilir MRT Station to venue it’s takes around 6 minutes by walk. Visa and Immigration Requirements While holders of Diplomatic Passports or Ordinary Passports from ASEAN Member States do not require visa to enter Indonesia for a visit less than 14 days, other Asia Pacific countries may need a visa to enter Indonesia. No matter what type of visa you are going to use, your passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months from the date of your arrival. • USD 35 for 7 until 30 days per person. Visitors eligible for a visa-on-arrival facility are nationals from: Australia, India, Japan, Maldives, New Zealand, People’s Republic of China and Taiwan. Visitors with the visa-free facility will be able to proceed directly to the immigration clearance counter. The countries and administrative districts to be granted the 30-day visa-free facility are as follows: Brunei Darussalam, Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Macao Special Administrative Region, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and Vietnam. Kindly check current visa requirement with your respective embassies of Ministry Foreign Affairs of travel agent before travelling. The invitation letter for VISA should request latest by 2 March 2020. ANNOUNCEMENT ON VISA POLICY OF INDONESIA Based on Minister of Law and Human Right’s Regulation No. 3/2020 Regarding Temporary Suspension of Visas Waiver Policy, Visas Policy and Stay Permit Policy for Chinese Citizens, please be informed as follow: 1. Visa Waiver Policy and Visa on Arrival (VOA) Policy for Chinese Citizens is temporarily revoked. 2. For all Chinese Citizens and other Foreign Nationals who within 14 days have stayed or visited China; visa application is temporary not in service. 3. For all Chinese Citizens and other Foreign Nationals holding an APEC Card, Temporary Stay Permit/ Permanent Stay Permit and Re-Entry Permit who within 14 days have stayed or visited China and wish to re-enter Indonesia are temporary not permitted to enter Indonesia. 4. Temporary suspension of the said policy (visa waiver and VOA) is also applied to other Foreign-nationals who within 14 days have stayed or visited China. 5. For Chinese citizen who is currently staying in Indonesia and his/her stay permit will soon expire, but can not go back to China because of no flights (i.e. previously entered Indonesia without visa or visa waiver which is good for 30 days and not ITU Asia Pacific Spectrum Management Workshop and ITU Satellite Symposium 30 March 2020 & 2-3 April 2020 extendable) now he/she can apply for stay permit extension at local immigration office nearby to avoid being overstayed. 6.
