The projects presented in these report covers: Dissemination of Evaluation Results of Section 12, specifically road, bridge, housing, building, ports and harbor, irrigation mandated PDCB to consolidate the CPES evaluation results of all and flood control, and water supply projects. ongoing and completed projects and disseminate the same to all offices/agencies/corporations concerned. REPORT CONTENTS: USES OF CPES INFORMATION: Presented in this report are the names of constructors The CPES rating and other information is designed to serve the arranged alphabetically with the corresponding project information needs of the following: a) government agencies classification. Information available in this report comprises undertaking infrastructure projects; b) industry planners and three (3) parts, as follows: Part 1) Constructor General decision makers, c) constructors, d) project owners, e) banking Information; Part 2) Project Data; and Part 3) CPES Rating. and financing institutions, f) insurance companies, g) consulting firms, h) professional associations, and i) embassies. Part 1 of the report includes the name of constructor/s, and PCAB License Number. Information on contractors’ CPES ratings shall be used for the following purposes: a) Pre-qualification/Eligibility Screening of Information contained in Part 2 pertains to the project name, Constructors; b) Awarding of Contracts; c) Project Monitoring and contract amount, implementing agency/region, number of Control; d) Issuance of Certificate of Completion; e) Policy visit, and status of project (on-going or completed). Formulation/Review; f) Industry Planning; and g) Granting of Incentives/Awards, and (h) in adopting measure to further improve performance of contractors in the prosecution of government projects. 1 Part 3 includes data on CPES rating per criteria, as follows: a) workmanship, b) materials, c) time, d) facilities, e) environmental, safety and health, and f) resources deployment, and the CPES Rating/Final Rating and its Qualitative Description. Should there be need for more detailed information about the project such as PCAB/ARC category and type of contractor, project type, location, funding source, duration of project, date started and completed, status of project, slippage, and date of evaluation, please contact PDCB and/or other agency concerned. (NOTE: Please refer to pages 3 an 4 for the meaning of other codes presented in this report) SOURCES OF INFORMATION Data contained in this report were culled from the CPES Summary Report submitted by the *Departments of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), National Irrigation Administration (NIA), National Housing Authority (NHA), Philippine Ports Authority (PPA), Pasig River Rehabilitation Commission (PRRC), and Bases Conversion Development Authority (BCDA) covering the period January 1, 2005 – December 31, 2007. * For DPWH projects, only the region is listed in the column “Implementing Agency/Region”. With regards to data on negative slippage, this matter may be brought about by any of the three (3) problems: a) Constructor-Related Problems, b) Agency-Related Problems; and c) Other Related Problems. Please see the enumerated problems on each classification on page 5 of this cover page. If you need particular information on the reason for the negative slippage of each concerned contractor, per project, please contact the agency implementing the project.
