The Nueva Vizcaya Sub-District Engineering Ofice shall 2 be upgraded into a regular district engineering officeto be known as the Nueva 3 Vizcaya Second District Engineering Office and shall be located at Barangay 4 Malasin, Dupax del Norte, Nueva Vizcaya. 5 SEc.2. The said district engineering office shall comprise the 6 municipalities of Kaslbu, Aritao. Dupax del Norte, Dupax del Sur, Kayapa, 7 Sta. Fe and Alfonso Castafleda. 8 SEC. 3. The Secretary of Public Works and Highways shall include in 9 the Department’s program the operationalization ofthe Nueva Vizcaya Skcond IO District Engineering Office, the funding of which shall be included in the It annual General Appropriations Aot. 12 SEC.4. This Act shall take effect fifteen (IS) days alter its publication 13 in a newspaper of general circulation. .
