============================================================================== Project Code: TOSU0014 Project Name: 2017 CNEP France Survey Prepared for: Erik Nisbet Interviews: 2000 Field Period: May 11th, 2017 - May 16th, 2017 Project Manager: Ashley Grosse - 650.462.8016 ============================================================================== YouGov interviewed 2151 respondents who were then matched down to a sample of 2000 to produce the final dataset. The respondents were matched to a sampling frame on gender, age, education, and region. The frame was constructed by stratified sampling from the 2014 European Social Survey with selection within strata by weighted sampling with replacements (using the post-stratification weights on the public use file). The matched cases were weighted to the sampling frame using propensity scores. The matched cases and the frame were combined and a logistic regression was estimated for inclusion in the frame. The propensity score function included age, gender, highest level of education, region, and ancestry. The propensity scores were grouped into deciles of the estimated propensity score in the frame and post-stratified according to these deciles. Finally, the weights were post-stratified to adjust for second-round presidential vote, as well as on a three-way stratification of gender, 4-category age, 4-category education.
