Petitions The following petitions were lodged for presentation: Development application 200812308 By Mr Smyth, from 214 residents: To the Speaker and Members of the Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory This petition of certain residents of the Australian Capital Territory draws to the attention of the Assembly that: development application 200812308 is inconsistent with the spirit and the letter of the zone objectives. Your petitioners therefore request the Assembly to: consider the merits of this case and intervene to represent the interests of residents and the broader Canberra community.
