But a bird’s eye view of resolution number 74 passed by this House on 1- 7-1999 and the Government resolution passed on 19th March, 2007, this reality is not hidden from any one that in response to these resolutions some of the law enforcing organizations like army and air force have continued the trend of occupying the land of Bazai, Kasi and other tribes inherited to them for centuries. As per 1930, 1938 and 1941 surveys whose record has been tabled in the House for Assembly record, the recent example of this is the illegal occupation of 11,500 acres of land of the Bazai tribe where Pakistan Air Force has started construction of an airport without paying the price of these lands. This situation is a great concern for the people of the Province. This House therefore, calls upon the Provincial Government to contact the Federal Government that this trend of land occupation maybe discouraged hence payment on market rates of occupied land to actual owners be ensured. 4.
