Number of meetings & quorum discussed. Action: Quorum to remain the same. Meetings to remain 4 + 1 AGM/Celebration of Community Chest (total of 5 meetings pa) and supplemented by additional focused workshops. Zoe to send out ToR. ZBJ 4. Schedule of Meetings The Panel will be asked to agree a schedule of meetings for 2021/22 – see above. Action: Requests for workshops to be emailed to ZBJ on an ongoing basis.
