See page 38. 1–March 31 of the following year (13 months), instead of April 1–March 31. Annual licenses go on sale March 1. See "Habitat Stamps," page 2. ▶ VALCO PONDS 4 & 5 (PUEBLO CO.) HAVE NEW REGULATIONS: Valco Ponds 4 and 5 will be open in early 2020. See property-specific regulations on page 38. ▶ NEW SENIOR COMBO SMALL GAME/FISHING LICENSE: Customers age 65 and older can now purchase a combination small game/fishing license for $28, ▶ SPRING FISHING CLOSURE EXTENDED FOR MIDDLE COLORADO & LOWER plus the search-and-rescue and Wildlife Education Fund fees (see table below.) ROARING FORK RIVERS. THE CLOSURE NOW INCLUDES ELK CREEK: Spawn- ing tributaries along the middle Colorado River and lower Roaring Fork ▶ DISTURBING TROT-LINES IS PROHIBITED: Molesting, disturbing or damaging River are now closed from March 15–May 31 (instead of May 15), as well as gill nets, traps, seines and now trot-lines set by CPW is not allowed.
