All Saints' Church, which was restored about II years ago, 'Com­ prises nave, chancel, south aisle and tower, containing clock and three bells. The vicarage is of the annual MILFORD. value of £320 with residence, and is in the patronage MILFORD, including the hamlets of Makeney and of Lord Scarsdale. About three-quarters of a mile Milford, is a considerable village in the parish and S.\V. from the village is the Derbyshire County rural deanery of Duffield, hundred of Appletree, and Lunatic Asylum-a magnificent range of buildings, Belper union and County court district, one mile N. standing on an estate of 80 acres.
