May 20, 2016 The following Memorandum of Agreement between the Saskatchewan Association of Health Organizations Inc. (SAHO) and the Saskatchewan Union of Nurses (SUN) represents the full and final settlement of the terms of the Collective Agreement for the period of April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2018. SAHO and SUN would like to express our appreciation to Kristin Anderson, Manager, Labour Relations and Mediation and Randy Warick, Consultant, Labour Relations and Mediation from the Ministry of Labour Relations and Workplace Safety for their innovative assistance in guiding us through a process of collaborative problem solving during collective bargaining. The renewed collective agreement would not have been possible without their expertise and leadership. We would also like to thank Richard Hornung, Q.C., Special Mediator, for his assistance in concluding our outstanding issues in a timely manner. ___________________________ ___________________________ On behalf of SAHO On behalf of SUN COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT BETWEEN SASKATCHEWAN ASSOCIATION OF HEALTH ORGANIZATIONS INC.
