Approved outlay for the first Annual Plan (2007-2008) of the 11th Plan was Rs.850.00 crore against which the actual expenditure was Rs.780.86 crore. Approved outlay for 2008-2009 was Rs.1000.00 crore; and the actual expenditure was Rs.838.14 crore. Approved outlay for 2009-2010 was Rs.1250.00 crore; the actual expenditure was Rs.1152.75 Plan size (Rs % GSDP Year crore) increase Growth crore.
