GUIDELINES FOR THE AUCTION Auction date & venue: Tuesday 07 February 2017, at 10H30 on site at 48 Tennyson Drive, Tulisa Park. Registration: Bidders can register any time prior to the auction or on auction day at the property. Identity document and FICA documents required. All potential buyers are required to pay a registration fee of R20 000 in order to bid at the auction.
