He led the team to a World Championship 1999 USA Elite 9-2 Canada Cup Bronze Medal gold medal in 2010, World Cup of Softball gold medals in 2009 and American 5-7-2 Olympic Team Tour 2010, and gold medals in the Japan and Canada Cups. The national Challenge vs. Olympic Team side posted a 44-5 record under his guidance.
