Tower House Almondsbury BS32 Tower House Tower House was built in 1890 as an adult learning centre by Sholto Vere Hare, Mayor of Bri ol, in memory of his late wife. It is con ru ed with Ca ybrook bricks with one dressings and had illuminated clock faces in the tower. It was later converted to ‘Almondsbury Ho ital’ and continued as such until 1996 when it became a private house. It has since been in the same ownership. Tower House is Grade II li ed and it retains many superb features appropriate to the period. The principal rooms are riking with high ceilings.
