The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the complainant herein filed an application dated 28-01-2019 before the Public Information Officer requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005 on the following points mentioned: TSIC The Public Information Officer Vide C.No. 01/RTI/SRPT/2019 dated 05-02-2019 transferred the RTI Application to the Public Information Officer/ The Sub Divisional Police Officer, Kodad Division, Kodad, Suryapet District U/s.6(3) of the RTI Act. Stating that he did not get any response from the Public Information Officer, the complainant preferred this complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him U/s. 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. In view of the spread of Covid-19 Pandemic, the case is heard over phone on 23-04-2021 with prior intimation to the concerned parties. The appellant Smt. Mekala Upendra responded to the phone call and Sri Raghu / SDPO, Kodad has also responded to the phone call. Heard both sides. During the telephonic hearing the appellant has submitted that she received part-information from the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer submitted that vide Lr. No.C.No.01/RTI/SDPO- K/2019 dt.24-07-2019 he furnished information to the Appellant. On perusal of the material paper available on record the Commission found that, the Public Information Officer furnished information as mentioned Above except tour diary as required by the Appellant in her 6 (1) Application. Therefore, the Commission directs Public Information Officer to invite the appellant for personal inspection of records tomorrow i.e., 24-03-2021 to enable her to obtain the information with regard to tour dairy related to her case only and to report compliance to the Commission.
