GOVERNMENT OF RAJASTHAN FINANCE DEPARTMENT RULES DIVISION No. F.2(1)FD/Rules/2008 Jaipur, dated : JO FEB NOTIFICATION In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to Article 309 of the Constitution of India and rule 21B of the Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951, the Governor of Rajasthan hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Rajasthan Government Servants' General Provident Fund Rules, 1997, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement- (1) These rules may be called the Rajasthan Government Servants’ General Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2018. (2) They shall come into force with effect from 1st March, 2018. 2. Amendment of rule 11.- The existing clause (i) of sub-rule (1) of rule 11 of the Rajasthan Government Servants' General Provident Fund Rules, 1997, shall be substituted by the following, namely :- (i) Monthly deposit depending upon the pay drawn by the subscriber shall be as under S.No. Pay drawn in Pay Matrix Rates of subscription (in rupees) 1. Upto Rs 23,100/- 1,450/- 2. Rs 23,101/- to 28,500/- 1,625/- 3. Rs 28,501/- to 38,500/- 2,100/- ¿j. Rs 38,501/- to 51,500/- 2,850/- 5. Rs 51,501/- to 62,000/- 3,575/- 6. Rs 62,001/- to 72,000/- 4,200/- 7. Rs 72,001/- to 80,000/- 4,800/- 8. Rs 80,001/- to 1,16,000/- 6,150/- 9. Rs 1,16,001/- to 1,67,000/- 8,900/- 10.
