Furthermore, in exercise of powers conferred upon it under Article 140A (2) of the Constitution of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, Sub-section-2 of Section-34 of the Sindh Local Government Act, 2013 read with sub-rule (1) of the Rule-12 of the Sindh Local Councils (Election) Rules, 2015 and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, the Election Commission of Pakistan hereby fixes 20-06-2019 as fresh date for the conduct of re-poll at Polling Station No.1 (Male) and Polling Station No.2 (Female), Government Girls Primary School, Bandhani, Ward No.1 of UC-9, New Goth, District Sukkur of Sindh Province.
