Our carpet loom is ready for weaving! We are creating a small crazy quilt of men’s ties to raffle at the Vappu party in 2008. Stamp Club will NOT meet in December, but will begin in January 2008 on the last Sunday of the month from 2:00 to 4:00 pm. Plans have changed for the “Kruunuhäät”. It will be presented on September 27, 2008. We still need folks to volun- teer to be in the wedding, so be bold and come join us. A folk dance workshop is scheduled for Saturday, May 17, 2008 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm to learn the wedding dances. No meetings are planned for December, but keep your eyes open for future meetings on Friday evenings and/or Sunday afternoons. You can look forward to Pikku Joulu on Saturday, December 15 and be a part of this family affair with food, danc- ing, crafts and Santa.
