Hothing in this Lettere Patent or in the Order or the Lieutenant-Governor in Cotm_cU, shall impair or affect the rights or any creditor or !he Corporation or the VUlage or Squamiah as incorporated under the former Letters Patent, and The Corporation or the V111age or Squamish as incorporated under this Letters Patent sbal.l be liable for and subject to and ahali pay, discharge, carr;y out, and pertorm all the debts, liabllitiea, obligations, contracts and duties of The Corporation or the Village or Squamish which are existing at the date hereof. 3 5. The members of the Board of Commi_ssioners of The Corporation of the Village of Squamish vho are in office at the date hereof shall continue to constitute the Board of Commissioners, and their term of office shall not be in any vay affected by the recall of the former Letters Patent and the substitution or this Letters Patent.
