John Thornburg School Upper School Director The Summit Country Day School is a pre-K through grade 12 private, independent, coeducational, Catholic, college-preparatory school located on a 24-acre campus in Hyde Park, a residential area of Cincinnati. The Summit is comprised of four distinct schools: Montessori from age 2 through kindergarten, Lower, Middle and James Craig Upper. The 2016-2017 enrollment is 991. The Summit offers financial aid to 44% of students in grades 9-12. Upper School Summit students are enrolled from 41 different Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky school districts. Graduation Requirements Susan Miller To graduate from The Summit, a student should have accumulated 24.5 credits, 20 as required by the State of College Counselor Ohio, plus 4.5 additional credits during the four years of attendance.
