渠成集 MyRoleModel 2E Chow Man Kwan The person I admire the most is Lay, Zhang Yi Xing, a popular singer who grew up in China. Lay was a local child star in Hunan when he was fourteen. He is a handsome guy with brown hair, big eyes and dimples. Lay is now 24 years old and is a member of a Korean group called ‘EXO’. I have chosen to write about him because I want to be a singer when I grow up. His achievements have been amazing! He is not only good at singing but also dancing. With his hard work and determination, he has helped his group win many music awards. No wonder he was ranked 5th on Baidu’s “2014 Top Ten Most Popular Celebrities” list. I also admire Lay for being persistent and hard-working. When he was 12 years old, he started to learn singing and dancing. Now he keeps improving his skills as he aspires to be a super star. Besides singing, he has joined lots of variety shows like Running Man and Happy Camp in order to explore other opportunities. What’s more, when he faces any difficulties, he will try his best to overcome them. He believes that perseverance is the key to success. Lay is also very kind and generous. He always helps the needy. For example, he donated a lot of money to help the earthquake victims in China last year. Moreover, he often helps other members to improve their singing skills. Therefore, I really respect him.
