Their flavors tend toward a lively and sprightly acidity. This cider is evocative of summer with bright fruity notes of vanilla, lime zest, and bananas. This blend includes dozens of summer varieties, including Ginger Gold, Melba, Pristine, William’s Pride, Akane, Summer Rambo, and others. Semi-Dry Akane [6.8% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - Akane is a Japanese apple that is also known as ‘Tokyo Rose.’ The apple’s flavor is strongly floral, which persists through the fermentation process. This cider is juicy, fruit forward, and complex, with subtle creamy notes. Medium Esopus Spitzenburg [7.1% ABV] - Yakima, WA - Esopus Spitzenberg is one of America’s most important heirloom apples. It was one of Thomas Jefferson’s favorites, which he grew at Monticello. Papaya, pineapple and grape flavors and aromas. This cider is spicy, zingy, sweet and refreshing. Semi-Sweet Pristine [5.6% ABV] - Masonville Orchards, CO - Pristine is a little yellow apple with a big flavor. The cider is a pop of cinnamon stick and fall spices offset with a brisk lemony tartness. From The Bottle Glass $8 | Flight $10 Dry Odds & Ends #5 [7.6% ABV] - After creating our ciders, we often find ourselves with a bit of this and a bit of that, which just didn't fit into a batch. We take these odds and ends and put them together to create their own gorgeous and unique batch. This cider has noticable tannins with a flavor reminiscent of orange peel. It's dry and refreshing. This cider was made a number of apple varieties including Esopus Spitzenburg, Harrison, Pink Lady, Dabinett, Opal, Wickson Crab Apple and others. Semi-Dry Harrison [7.2% ABV] - Yakima, WA - Harrison was one of America’s oldest cider apples and here prior to the founding of the country. It was thought to be lost but a tree was found in 1976 in NJ and brought back from extinction. The cider is bright and refreshing, the perfect warm weather drink. The finish is citrusy, reminiscent of orange peel and coriander. Semi-Sweet Pink Lady [6.7% ABV] - Yakima, WA - A modern apple from Australia, Pink Lady has a lot of character. The apple is zingy, fruity and fresh. This cider captures Pink Lady's tart character, layering lush, sweet and tropical notes on top.
