Rea Vaya buses will operate from the Joburg Inner-City, Cresta, Auckland Park, Westbury, Bosmont, New Canada, Florida North, Parktown, Yeoville, Eldorado Park and Soweto to transport soccer fans to and from the FNB Stadium. T3 buses from the Inner-city that travels through Parktown, Milpark, Auckland Park, Westbury and Noordgesig to Thokoza Park will operate a normal week-end service of 15 minutes frequency. Fans using the T3 will connect T1 buses from Thokoza Park at the Orlando Stadium Rea Vaya station to FNB Stadium. Fans from Yeoville and Inner-City will use T1 buses (from Ellis Park) to FNB Stadium. Yeoville F11 and Parktown F12 buses will connect T1 buses at Library Gardens to FNB Stadium. Fans from Soweto will use T1 from Thokoza Park to the FNB Stadium. Feeders in Soweto, F1 from Naledi, F2 Protea Glen, F3 Jabavu to Lakeview, F4 Mofolo/Boomtown and F9 from Mapetla will operate to enable fans to connect T1 buses to FNB Stadium. Fans from Dobsonville (Indingilidzi) will use C1 to FNB Stadium. C5 fans from Florida North and Newlands will connect T3 at Helen Joseph Rea Vaya station. C4 buses from Cresta will also connect T3 at UJ Sophiatown in Auckland Park. F5 Eldorado Park fans will connect T1 at Lakeview Station to FNB Stadium. Feeder buses F6 Lea Glen/Fleurhof, F7 amalgam to Bosmont, F8 Greymont to Westbury and F10 Pimville to Lakeview will be operating to assist fans to the Stadium. The T1 service will run at a frequency of 15 minutes in the morning and will step up the service to a 5 minutes frequency from 12:00 to 15:30 to enable fans from the inner-city and Soweto to arrive in time at the FNB Stadium. T3 will operate at a normal service of 15 minutes frequency throughout the day. T1 and C1 normal service will stop at FNB Stadium Rea Vaya station from 10h00 for the soccer fans. After the match the service will operate a 3 minutes frequency until 19:00 from FNB stadium to Thokoza Park (T1), from FNB to inner-city and Ellis Park (T1) and FNB Stadium to Library Gardens (T3) through Noordgesig, Westbury, UJ Kingsway (Auckland Park), Milpark, Parktown, Constitution Hill, Park Station and Harrison. All feeder buses (F1 to F12) and trunk routes (T1 and T3) will operate until 19h00 after the match. Ticketing system to use for travel with Rea Vaya BRT Soccer fans can either buy single trip card at a cost of R14.60 or double/return trip card for R29.20 which are obtainable at all Rea Vaya stations. Smartcard holders will pay a fares based on distance travelled to the FNB stadium and will receive a normal 10% discount for weekend travel benefits. The City of Joburg encourages Soccer fans to travel safely and securely through the Rea Vaya system.
