NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS OF IGM FINANCIAL INC. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual Meeting of the Shareholders of IGM Financial Inc. will be held at The Metropolitan Entertainment Centre, 281 Donald Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 10:30 a.m., Central Time, for the following purposes: (1) to receive the report of the directors for the year ended December 31, 2016, and the consolidated financial statements for such period and the auditors’ report thereon; (2) to elect directors; (3) to appoint auditors; and (4) to transact such other business as may properly come before the Meeting. By resolution of the Board of Directors, holders of Common Shares of record at the close of business on March 8, 2017 are entitled to notice of and to vote at the Meeting. The register of transfers will not be closed.
