Précisons que c'est grâce à l'initiative des conservateurs de la bibliothèque universitaire de Lille 1, à qui j'adresse ma gratitude, ainsi qu’à l’intervention technique de M. Patard, de la société MPE (mémoire productive d’entreprises), que le matériel ici rassemblé trouve enfin sa destination finale après plus d'une quinzaine d'années. À l'époque, Monsieur Jean-Luc Lory de la Maison des sciences de l'homme avait exprimé le désir qu'il puisse être exploité sous la forme d'une banque de données, mais sans que le projet n'aboutisse. Monsieur Jacques Lautman qui dirigeait alors le volet sciences humaines du CNRS, prit donc l'initiative de le faire éditer sous une forme papier. Les principes généraux d'indexation ne convenaient cependant pas à ce support et rendaient la consultation difficile, laborieuse et pénible. Puisse la présente forme satisfaire les utilisateurs. Si, comme nous l'espérons, ils sont nombreux, il conviendra que ce document soit périodiquement renouvelé. Pour cela nous sollicitons l'aide de tous ceux qui le consulteront. Les trois façons de parcourir ce document à l’écran 1) Le feuilleter page à page, c’est-à-dire année après année. 2) Accéder directement à un chapitre donné, depuis la table des matières de gauche Pour connaître par exemple les travaux de la Société des africanistes en 1953 : - cliquer à gauche sur le ‘+’ précédant 1953 pour faire apparaître la liste des institutions, - puis cliquer sur ‘E/ SOCIETE DES AFRICANISTES’ pour accéder à la page concernée. 3) Parcourir les occurrences d’un nom de personne, de lieu, de concept ou d’objet,… Pour suivre les travaux de Jean Copans, par exemple : - cliquer sur le bouton ‘Rechercher’ symbolisé par des jumelles dans la barre d’outils supérieure, afin de faire apparaître la fenêtre de recherche - lancer la recherche sur ‘Copans’ pour accéder à la première page qui cite ce nom - le bouton ‘Poursuivre la recherche’, symbolisé par des jumelles surmontées d’une flèche donne accès, successivement, à toutes les autres occurrences de ce nom. Le lecteur pourra adresser d'éventuelles remarques, et surtout signaler les erreurs et omissions qui sont inévitables dans ce type d'entreprise, à l’auteur [email protected] , en indiquant la ou les pages concernées. Une seconde édition sera ainsi le fruit d'un travail devenu collectif. Wir möchten hiermals nur unterstreichen, daß dank der Initiative der Konservatoren der Universitätsbibliothek Lille 1, denen ich hiermit danke, der technischen Hilfe von M. Patard und der Gesellschaft MPE (Mémoire productive d'entreprises) das hier gesammelte Material letztlich nach mehr als fünfzehn Jahren seinen Zielort findet. Jean-Luc Lory des Maison des Sciences de l'Homme hatte ursprünglich den Wunsch geäußert, eine Datenbank zu eröffnen, ohne daß dieses Projekt je den Tag erblickte. Jacques Lautman, ehemaliger Direktor der Abteilung für Geisteswissenschaften du Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique, nahm die Initiative, es auf Papier drucken zu lassen. Die angewandte Indexierung eignete sich jedoch schlecht dafür und erschwerten dessen Gebrauch. Wir hoffen, daß die vorliegende Form die Benutzer befriedigen wird. Wir hoffen um zahlreiche Besucher, um dieses Dokument regelmäßig auffrischen zu können. Dafür bitten wir Ihre Hilfe. Es bestehen drei Möglichkeiten, sich dieses Dokumentes zu bedienen: 1) Es seitenweise, das heißt jahresweise durchzugehen. 2) Vom Inhaltsverzeichnis links ausgehend, direkt ein Kapitel zu eröffnen. B. die Veröffentlichungen von Jean Copans zu verfolgen : - auf die 'Suchentaste' drücken, welche durch das Vergrößerungsglas symbolisiert wird, um das Suchfenster zu erhalten - danach "Copans" eingeben, um die Seite des Textes, wo dieser Name zum ersten mal erscheint, zu erhalten. - Die Suche kann weiterverfolgt werden, indem die Taste mit dem Vergrößerungsglas mit Pfeil repräsentiert, angeklickt wird. Der Leser kann eventuelle Bemerkungen, vor allem Fehler und Vernachlässigungen, die bei einem solchen Unternehmen unvermeidbar sind, dem Herausgeber [email protected], mitteilen, indem er die betroffenen Seiten verzeichnet. Die folgende Ausgabe wird somit ein kollektives Werk werden können. It is thanks to the initiative of the curators of the university library of Lille 1, to whom I express my gratitude, and to the technical assistance of M. Patard, of MPE, that the material collected here has finally been assembled and issued in this form, more than fifteen years after the project was first initiated. Mr Jean-Luc of the Maison des sciences de l’homme, first expressed the desire that this material could be put together to form a data-bank. The initiative was taken up by Mr Jacques Lautuman, then director of the human sciences section of the CNRS, who published the data as a hard copy. Despite a very full index, the document was difficult to use. The present format should make its use much easier. If, as we hope, many people do make use of it, the document should be regularly revised. In this we appeal for the help of everyone who consults it.
