Cikarang, Indonesia, January 26, 2017 Wang Teng Long 3 ABSTRACT Indonesian Tourism Ministry has pledged to attract 20 million tourists in 2020. There are 2 million Chinese tourist come to Indonesia. Jakarta as the capital city of Indonesia has the responsibility to help achieve that purpose. This study will analyzing of foreign tourist decision. in choosing Jakarta. This chapter will show from 4 factors, culture, facilities, attractions, weather. And this study will use SPSS to analyze the data. In this research the population is the Chinese tourist who come to Jakarta. And Sampling method is purposive method, and there is 125 samples. From the Linear regression analysis, the result show that these Independent variable have significant influence toward tourist decision. The culture and facilities have the significant influence toward tourist decision. Attractions and weather have no significant influence toward decision. This result can give government and future research some recommendations. Key word: tourist decision, culture, facilities, attractions, weather. 4 ACKNOWELEDGEMENT 1.
