We want your experience and stay in Gainesville to Vendor Expo be all it can be. Executive Director 7 POLICIES & PROCEDURES Wednesday 9 The Florida Theatre Conference strives to make each Festival a rewarding, educational, Thursday 11 and artistic experience for all who attend. In order to ensure a quality experience for Wed/Thurs each individual, group, organization and guest, the Board of Directors has adopted the Workshops 31 following policies: Fri/Sat Workshops 33 All groups, organizations, individuals and guests Santa Fe Campus 35 • must check in at the registration desk before participating in Festival events. Fair Tables 37 • must observe the rules and regulations of Santa Fe College. • must observe the laws of the host city, Gainesville, and the State of Florida. Friday 39 • must observe the Festival hotel/motel regulations. HS Adjudicators 53 • that fail to observe the policies stated above will be disqualified from all Festival SETC Auditions events and forfeit all monies paid to the conference. Under certain circumstances, as Adjudicators 55 determined by the Board of Directors groups, organizations, individuals and guests may Saturday 57 be disqualified from future Festivals. Butler Steven H. Butler is a native Floridian and grew up in Sarasota. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies (concentration in Multi-Cultural Affairs) and a minor in Religious Studies from Florida International University (Miami, FL). He currently resides in Gainesville, FL. After directing a thriving culturally diverse children and family program in Miami, Florida Theatre Conference (FTC) allows Steven to pick up where he left off with providing programs that nurture the youth and community. Steven’s theatre background as an actor/singer/dancer spans over 35 years. Mr. Butler is a Founding-Member, Executive and Artistic Director for Actors’ Warehouse in Gainesville, FL. Currently
