Many of these alumni work in mid to senior level roles in prominent companies across a diverse range of industries and professions. • The presence of a QUT contingent in the US to attend the 2017 BIO Convention offered a unique opportunity for the Vice-Chancellor to host 3 alumni dinners (San Francisco, San Diego and New York). • These activities aimed to increase the engagement and connection with alumni in other areas. • Alumni attendees represented programs from five faculties. Event Summary: • The dinner included a presentation on QUT highlights and related discussion. • Mr Greg Creed, CEO, Yum! Brands was the guest speaker for the event.
