The order forms are available from our front office and on our website: greensidehigh.co.za. You can also email [email protected] or [email protected] and request the forms. Please make sure to fill out the form correctly so as to avoid any confusion with regards to your order. Also to be aware of which kit your child will need for the various sports we offer at Greenside High School so as to avoid any additional costs. Once filled in, the order form can be placed in the relevant box in the front office. Completed orders and proof of payment can alternatively be emailed back to Digital Storm. Cash payments will also be accepted with order forms placed in the box at the school office. From now onwards, Digital Storm will be at GHS every Wednesday from 14h00-14h30 in what used to be the old second-hand school clothing shop. Senior Full Colours Joey, as he is affectionately known, has been a member of the 1st Team since Grade 10, and has played cricket for Greenside every season since Grade 8. He was made captain of the 1st Team at the end of 2013. Joey has been a decisive and strong leader for this very young 1st Team, and led them to an 80% win record this season. On the field, Joey is a versatile player, able to switch from opening the batting to batting at numbers four and five. Against Crawford Lonehill, Joey held the innings together well, with a patient 42. With the ball, Joey is consistent and has been our most prolific bowler. He picked up the only five-wicket haul of the season, against Crawford Lonehill, bowling Greenside to a comprehensive victory. He also took three wickets against Midrand, and three wickets in the two matches against JMS. Between his patient and hard- fought runs, his accurate and penetrative bowling, and his inspired leadership, Joey's all round performances have made him a cricketer that Greenside can be proud of. He receives the Robinson Bat for Player of the Year. Congratulations, Yusuf Mia on receiving Full Colours for Cricket.
