Respondents : The Public Information Officer/ (U/RTI Act, 2005) / The Deputy Tahsildar, Tekmal Mandal, Medak District – 502 302. ORDER Sri N. Bhaskar has filed a complaint dated Nil which was received by this Commission on 29-07-2017 for not getting the information sought by him from the Public Information Officer/ the Deputy Tahsildar, Tekmal Mandal, Medak. The brief facts of the case as per the Complaint and other records received along with it are that the Complainant herein filed an application dated 03-07-2017 before the PIO requesting to furnish the information under Sec.6(1) of the RTI Act, 2005, on the following points mentioned in his application annexed. The Complainant stated that as he did not receive the required information from the PIO even after 30 days of filing his application, he preferred this Complaint before the Commission requesting to arrange to furnish the information sought by him u/s 18(1) of the RTI Act, 2005. Basing on the material papers available on record, the complaint is taken on file and notices were sent to the parties concerned directing them to appear before this Commission for hearing on 12-09-2018 at Hyderabad. The case is called on 12-09-2018. The complainant is present. The Public Information Officer/ Sri M. Pradeep, Deputy Tahsildar, Tekmal Mandal, Medak District is present. (P.T.O) -2- The complainant stated that the information sought was not provided by the Public Information Officer. The Public Information Officer stated that part information was provided on 18-07-2017 informing that the information sought by the complainant through application is in the form of questions which is not in accordance with office memorandum dated 26-5-2011. The Public Information Officer further stated that complete information was provided through Lr.No. B/175/2017 dated 12-9-2018 and the complainant acknowledged its receipt on 12-9-2018. Since the Public Information Officer furnished the information and the complainant acknowledged its receipt, the complaint is closed.
