From University of Pennsylvania Campus To the Boathouse I-76 West Take Exit 344 to N 22nd Street. Take the exit toward Ben Franklin Parkway from I-676/U.S. 30 East Drive to Kelly Drive From the North and West To the Boathouse I-76 East to the Kelly Drive exit. Follow Kelly Drive along the Schuylkill River about 1.5 miles until you see the finish line Grandstand on the right. Continue past the Grandstands on Kelly Drive another 1.5 miles. Boathouse Row, a row of 14 boathouses, will be on the right. Park in the lot on the curve just before Boathouse Row, or along the curb in front of the boathouses. Penn is Boathouse #11. From the South and East To the Boathouse I-76 West to I-676 East. Take the Art Museum Exit immediately after getting on I-676 East. Turn left at the first traffic light. Go through the next light and turn left onto Ben Franklin Parkway toward the Art Museum. Bear right past the Art Museum onto Kelly Drive. Once on Kelly Drive, the third traffic light should be at the beginning of Boathouse Row. To park, either turn right at the light and park along the side of the road, or continue slowly along Boathouse Row. Make a right onto Lemon Hill (no sign) and park anywhere up the hill.
