Executive Summary The minutes of the Council meeting held on 16 September 2014 are submitted to Council for confirmation, in accordance with Section 375 of the Local Government Act 1993, which provides that Council must ensure that full and accurate minutes are kept of the proceedings of a meeting of Council and be confirmed at a subsequent meeting of Council. 2. Introduction/Background In accordance with Section 17.2(4) of Council’s Code of Meeting Practice the minutes of the Council meeting held on 16 September 2014 have been issued subject to confirmation at a subsequent meeting. 3.
