This is the first stipulation for 23 extension of time for Defendants to file a responsive pleading. 24 This Request for an extension of time is not sought for any improper purpose or other purpose 25 of delay. This request for extension is based upon the following: 26 Counsel for Defendants initiated this request due to conflicting deadlines in other cases. 27 Specifically, counsel Douglas R. Rands has two responses to Motions for Summary Judgment due in 28 another matter, Miller v Aranas, USDC 3:17-cv-00068-MMD-WGC.
