HARYANA GOVERNMENT TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING DEPARTMENT Notification The 22nd March, 2012 No. CCP (NCR)/BHI/Loharu/CA/2012/941 – Whereas, in the opinion of the Government, the area specified in the Scheduled given below and shown in the plan appended hereto has the potential for building activities and haphazard development; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Punjab Scheduled Roads and Controlled Areas Restriction of Unregulated Development Act, 1963 (Punjab Act 41 of 1963), the Governor of Haryana hereby declares the said area to be a controlled area for the purposes of the said Act, namely :- SCHEDULE Schedule of boundaries of the controlled area around Municipal Limit Loharu (Hadbast Number 65), district Bhiwani to be read with the drawing No. DTP (B) 1575/2011 dated 31st May, 2011/19th September, 2011. North : Starting from point ‘A’ i.e. north-west corner of rectangle number 17 of village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65) and it is also trijunction of revenue boundaries of village Dhani Mansuk (Hadbast Number 50), village Gignow (Hadbast Number 51) and village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65). Thence, towards east along the northern revenue boundary of village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65) upto point ‘B’ i.e. trijunction of revenue boundaries of village Bashirwas (Hadbast Number 54), village Bisalwas (Hadbast Number 57) and village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65). East : Thence moving from point ‘B’ towards south along the eastern revenue boundary of village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65). Thence along the eastern boundary of rectangle number 11, 14, 32, 37, 57, 62 and 77 of village Phartia Khera (Hadbast Number 59), eastern boundary of rectangle number 14 and 17 of village Phartia Bhima (Hadbast Number 63) upto point ‘C’. Thence along the eastern village revenue boundaries of village Phartia Tal (Hadbast Number 64) and village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65) up to point ‘D’ where it meets the State boundary of Rajasthan. South : Thence moving from point ‘D’ towards west along the southern State boundary of Rajasthan upto point ‘E’ i.e. south-west corner of rectangle number 359 of village Moja Loharu (Hadbast Number 65). West : Thence moving from point ‘E’ towards north along the State boundary of Rajasthan upto point ‘F’. Thence along the western revenue boundary of village Loharu (Hadbast Number 65) upto point ‘A’ i.e. the point of start. S.S.
